A Belated thanks for your help in purchasing our condo at 235 W Broadway in Castle Court. We are very happy with the unit and without your research and extensive knowledge of Long Beach real estate, we would still be searching. You answered our questions promptly and honestly. We will recommend you without reservation to anyone who is looking to purchase in the area.
With that said, are there any units for sale in Castle Court? Please send us any pertinent information. We know someone who has made some inquiries, not serious yet, but curious.

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for helping me find my new apartment. I have wanted to live in Long Beach for over 10 years and now I am finally realizing my dream. I just wanted to take the time to write to you to thank you for all your help. I started my search online and explored the usual open houses in Long Beach. When I visited one of your open houses, you immediately took an interest in what I wanted in a new home. You asked a lot of probing questions about what my needs were and immediately realized that the unit was not for me.
Over the next few weeks you were very patient and we found the perfect apartment in the building that I felt most comfortable. Although the negotiations and the board approval was a bumpy road, you always acted professionally and level headed.

I meet Alex Rubin in October of 2008. He was the agent I meet as I started my search for a condo in Long Beach. From the first moment he was very helpful and patient in my search.
